Paid in person
No Stripe account needed and no fees from us. You're paid however you already take payment.
Stripe processing
Deposits and prepayments go through your own Stripe account. Stripe charges its standard card processing fees, and pays out to your bank.
Platform fee
None
We don't take a cut of online payments — you only pay Stripe's processing fees.

Billing questions
Do my clients pay anything to book?
No. There are no booking fees for clients on any plan.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
No. Plans are month to month with no setup fee. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your billing settings.
What happens if I downgrade to Free?
Your site stays online and keeps taking bookings. Paid features — like premium templates, your custom domain or the waitlist — switch off until you upgrade again.
How are online payment fees charged?
Stripe deducts its processing fee from each payment before paying out to you. We don't deduct anything else. If you only take payment in person, none of this applies.
