- How do I book?
- Choose a service and a time that suits you on our booking page. You'll get a confirmation by email straight away.
- Can I change or cancel my appointment?
- Yes. Use the link in your confirmation email to reschedule or cancel. The more notice you can give, the better.
- What if I'm running late?
- Let us know as soon as you can. We'll always try to fit you in, but we may need to shorten the service or move your booking.
- Do you take walk-ins?
- When a chair is free, we're happy to. Booking ahead is the surest way to get the time you want.
